1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ocmy8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ocmy8.win and its related subdomains and applications.

1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing or using the ocmy8 platform or any of its features, you unconditionally agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of any platform content, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. ocmy8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ocmy8 platform is operated under an international gaming licence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the ocmy8 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ocmy8 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the ocmy8 platform. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened in third-party names, and accounts operated by persons subject to self-exclusion are strictly prohibited.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ocmy8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach is attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ocmy8 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 You agree to use your ocmy8 account solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.

3.2 You confirm that the funds deposited to your ocmy8 account are derived from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. ocmy8 reserves the right to conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and to freeze or close accounts pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

3.3 You must not use the platform in any manner that may interfere with its operation, security, or integrity, or that may cause harm to other users.

3.4 Account balances are non-transferable between players and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. ocmy8 accepts deposits via GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are specified in the Cashier section of the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing. ocmy8 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within one business day. ocmy8 does not charge withdrawal fees, but third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.

4.3 Verification. ocmy8 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. You agree to provide requested documentation promptly. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.

4.4 Refused Transactions. ocmy8 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, related to money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ocmy8 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee not exceeding RM 50 per month after a dormancy period of twelve months, subject to applicable law. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ocmy8 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Cash deposits and bonus funds may be tracked separately within your account balance.

5.3 Abuse & Fraud. ocmy8 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close the account, of any player who ocmy8 reasonably determines to be abusing the bonus system, engaging in coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotions, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

5.4 Expiry. Promotional credits and free bet awards not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and will not be reinstated.

5.5 ocmy8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the ocmy8 sportsbook and casino are governed by the specific game and event rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or sportsbook section of the platform.

6.2 Accepted Bets. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. ocmy8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a manifest pricing error has occurred.

6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of an obvious or manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or payouts — including technical errors resulting from software faults — ocmy8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. ocmy8 will not be liable for losses arising from manifest errors.

6.4 Disconnections. ocmy8 is not responsible for losses arising from network disconnections, internet outages, or device failures during gameplay. In the event of a disconnection mid-game, the game engine's recorded state shall be used to determine the final outcome.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed in the relevant game or market. ocmy8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ocmy8 platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion measures;
• Using a VPN or other means to misrepresent your geographic location;
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ocmy8 staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.

7.2 Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the ocmy8 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of ocmy8 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without express prior written consent from ocmy8.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ocmy8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9.2 ocmy8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ocmy8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 ocmy8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own devices.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 ocmy8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

10.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ocmy8 account holders from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, your account cannot be reactivated early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

11. Termination & Account Closure

11.1 By You: You may close your ocmy8 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining balance. After closure, any remaining balance not withdrawn within 90 days may be subject to the dormancy provisions in Clause 4.5.

11.2 By ocmy8: ocmy8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.

11.3 Upon account closure for breach, ocmy8 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ocmy8's operating licence jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated under that licence for the resolution of any dispute.

12.2 In the first instance, you agree to contact ocmy8 customer support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. ocmy8 will use reasonable efforts to address your concern within ten (10) business days. Formal dispute escalation procedures are available through the licencing authority's player dispute resolution mechanism.

13. Amendments

13.1 ocmy8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
